PRESS RELEASE…………February 4, 2013 Wooster, Ohio veteran Super Late Model driver Doug Drown will be kicking off the 2013 campaign at East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida for the running of the Lucas Oil Series “Winternationals.” Racing will begin on February 11th and 12th with back to back $5,000 to win races followed by twin $7,000 payouts on the 13th-14th and two $10,000 features on the 15th-16th.
